Right of Admission:


Rights of admission reserved and all passengers bear the sole risk of injury to their person or loss or damage to their property from whatsoever cause arising, and acknowledge that they waive and abandon any claim or claims which they may have against the owners, master or crew of the vessel.

Payment Conditions:


100% online payment is required for this booking.
Proof of payment must be emailed through to enquiries@hmcharters.co.za or faxed through to 086 659 6909

Cancellation Policy:


If your booking is cancelled 1 - 7 days prior to the booking date, there will be no refund paid to you.

If your booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the booking date, a 90% refund policy with apply. 10% is retained by Hakuna Matata as a handling fee.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to enquiries@hmcharters.co.za and faxed through to 086 659 6909.

I/we understand that should the skipper cancel the charter due to weather conditions or other reasons on the day of the charter, a rescheduling can be negotiated. However should the cancellation be due to the non arrival of charter party or on their instructions, the amount will be forfeited in favour of HAKUNA MATATA CHARTERS cc.
